The Faculty Senate has the duty and authority to provide normative considerations or assessments in the academic and non-academic fields related to the implementation of the Law Science study program at the Faculty of Law, UNPAR. The normative consideration is carried out by the Faculty Senate either at the request of the Dean or on the basis of the Faculty Senate’s own initiative. The membership of the UNPAR Faculty of Law Senate is based on the Decree of the Rector of Parahyangan Catholic University Number III/PRT/2024-01/011 concerning the Appointment of the Chairperson and Secretary of the Senate of the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University for the 2023-2026 Period of Service consisting of Professors of Law, Deans, and several permanent lecturers based on proposals from colleagues through the election process.
